We connect people with local cat rescue organizations by ZIP code, but that's just where we start. The Second Paw is built to serve every person who has ever loved a cat, found a cat, lost a cat, or wanted to help one. That means rescue discovery, adoption guidance, cat health education, behavior resources, ESA information, animal legislation tracking, TNR program support, emergency foster coordination, shelter-to-shelter knowledge sharing, and direct support for the rescue organizations doing the hardest work in communities across the country.

We never charge rescue organizations to be listed. We never charge users to search. We never accept advertising. The Second Paw exists because of people who believe that technology should serve a mission. Every cat deserves a second chance.
